This colorful tote has broad rainbow stripes with a decorative central band. The colors are derived from flowers, roots, insect, and bark. The horizontal pattern is a special motif from Chinchero, a member village of the Center for Traditional Textiles cooperative in the Peruvians Highlands of Cusco.
The durable and finely handwoven alpaca/wool tote is fully lined, has an interior zipped pocket, and strong adjustable straps for carrying plenty. It has a zipped closure and the edge gently dips making this a great crossbody bag.
